Author Guidelines
The manuscript must be written in English and adhere to the following guidelines:
Title
The title must be concise, informative, and written in italics or underlined, with scientific or technical terms also in italics or underlined.
Authors
The authors' names must be typed in capital letters, without degrees or titles.
Address
Below the authors' names, the address of the institution where the work was conducted must be provided. The current correspondence address should be indicated by an asterisk as a footnote.
Abstract
The abstract should be divided into three parts: Background, Methods, and Results. It should briefly introduce the topic, state the scope of the study, present significant data, and highlight major findings and conclusions. The abstract should not exceed 150–200 words and should use standard technical terminology without abbreviations or citations.
Keywords
After the abstract, up to eight keywords that provide indexing references should be listed in alphabetical order.
Introduction
The introduction should be brief and relevant to the paper's theme. Excessive review or unnecessary detail of earlier work should be avoided.
Materials and Methods
This section should provide detailed information on the methodology used, including the experimental design, analytical models, simulation methods, software tools, and study parameters. Standard or previously published engineering methods should be cited appropriately.
For studies involving experimental data, field trials, or computational modeling, authors must include a statement confirming that all procedures complied with institutional, national, or international ethical and safety standards (if applicable).
Results and Discussion
This section should combine the results and discussion to avoid repetition. The results should not be duplicated in both tables and figures. The discussion should highlight the significance of the observations and their relevance within the broader context of engineering or technological research.
Conclusion and Acknowledgement
The conclusion should summarize the main findings and implications. The acknowledgement should mention the contributors, funding agencies, or institutions that supported the research.
Tables and Figures
Table numbers should be followed by the title of the table. Line drawings or photographs should include a figure number and description. The corresponding numbers of tables, figures, etc., should be referenced in the text. Tables and figures should be below 1 MB in size and submitted in high-resolution format.
References
The author-date format should be used for citations and references. References should be listed alphabetically, including the author’s surname, initials, year of publication (in brackets), title of the article, and full journal name (in italics), followed by volume number (in bold) and page range in normal type.
Page/Line Number
Authors should mention the page and line numbers in the manuscript to facilitate the review process. Text alignment, line spacing, word count, figures, and tables should comply with the journal’s format. A sample paper is provided for reference.
Manuscript Types Accepted
The Journal of Advanced Engineering and Modern Technology publishes the following types of papers:
Full-Length Articles - Not exceeding 3,000 words (excluding tables and figures).
Short Theoretical or Empirical Articles - Not exceeding 2,000 words.
Review Articles - Comprehensive papers up to 6,000 words.

Article Processing Charge (APC)
The article processing charge (APC) for this journal is USD 819, which covers the costs of peer review, DOI registration, open-access hosting, and long-term archiving.
Peer Review and Editorial Process
All papers are peer-reviewed under a double-blind process. Authors are responsible for the statements made in their articles. The corresponding author must certify that the article or its data has not been and will not be submitted elsewhere.
If a manuscript is returned for revision, it should be resubmitted within 20–25 days of receipt. All correspondence must include the assigned article number.
